Lost in space From series Alternate Universe This is a multimedial-conceptual exhibition, which envisions creation of an alternate universe by introducing artificial intelligence into our universe. Since the day of creation, humans have been characterized by striving towards complete freedom and independent choice. While searching for this choice, like God, they relentlessly seek to create artificial creatures similar to them. Equipping such creatures, machines, mechanisms, robots, and semi-biological systems with artificial intelligence will facilitate creation of an alternate universe and society, with own values and laws of conduct and as the time goes on, it is possible for new alternate values to appear that will be unfamiliar for our universe. Inhabitants of the alternate universe will have desire to control objects of our universe just like we control machine-mechanisms. Usage of scarce common resources may cause wars of the worlds. This is a pessimistic prediction, But who are we? Maybe we already exist in the alternate universe, where God has created us as his reflection and icon? In other words, are we or are we not artificial clones coded by God?
