Love and Kisses from my Heart! Painting

To better understand the other person, an open, honest dialogue is essential to overcome challenges together. I now try to judge less - or not at all - or give hasty advice. I'm now trying to practice "active listening", which is very often not easy for me... but I see that the person I'm talking to can then freely engage with me and my conversation... the other person then feels accepted, respected, heard and “loved” in a way. For me, love and the feeling of happiness do not mean the pursuit of fleeting pleasures or the avoidance of pain. I try to come into harmony with myself... nature and philosophy are my teachers. I have now “grown” internally and have regained my inner strength. I am grateful and proud of that... it was and still is hard work on myself until I leave this world... I try to cultivate my virtues and practice them. This picture is a thank you to life, to people I love, and also to people who continue to challenge me... these people are the greatest teachers for me, and of course: a great Thank you to all my collectors in this great world and the great humans who are interested in my Art!
