Maleficent invokes the fairy tale witch of popular culture, fighting for the rights of her people, nature and harmony, even when the appearance is of deceptive darkness. Sometimes facing the dark is what brings the light. All the paintings are created with premium quality materials. The canvas is acid-free with titanium coating from Fine Art or Camlin. Special Holbein paints from Tokyo, Japan are used for the more unique shades. These are blended with Artist Acrylics from Winsor & Newton, Pebeo, Brustro, Royal & Langnickel and Camlin. Each painting is coated with UV protection and Japanese Design Coat varnish to keep the painting clean and fresh.
