Original painting of Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones as he appeared on the Rolling Stones 1969 North American tour. He is casting a devil shadow, a reference to their recent song "Sympathy For The Devil", and also an allusion to the underlying sense of darkness and danger in the American subconscious, both then and now. This is an original painting, not a reproduction. Painted with professional acrylic paint on a primed stretched canvas. Protected with satin varnish. Comes in a black frame, wired on back, ready to hang. A signed Certificate of Authenticity will be included with the painting.
