A lanscape capturing the serenity and spirituality of a sunset or a sunrise. The blue colors refer to our divine self and the heart in the water could show us there is a powerful love resting even in our shadows. Dramatic louds and calm sea with low waves render a feeling of dream, power, delicacy and beauty. The artist used different techniques of fineart oil painting such as glazing, texturing and sfumato to bring transparency and opacity to the various parts of the painting, giving a global feeling of depth, light and peace. "I believe in the healing, powerful and delicate beauty of Nature and Arts. » Cæsiliæ celebrates Life. She expresses a path of resilience through the beauty of the world and the fractures of existence. The setting sun of our sorrows, the shadows of those from beyond who have come to console us, but it is also the illumination at the rising of the star, the light that floods the world and its secrets, the soul that remembers, seeks and wants to heal ... It is a spellbinding vision of the world and of who we are, of what interpretations of the world Art includes. But the artist warns us: all this beauty is ephemeral and it is also up to us to preserve it, to progress further, not to soil, nor to deviate or destroy this eternal grace which makes everything possible within us... Cæsiliæ is a 34 years old French contemporary painter based in Berlin. Through her radiant and profound works, she explores the power, the delicateness and the beauty of the existence and the Nature that surrounds us. Drawing on personal loss and joy, she seeks to build a spiritual and poetic artistic universe that facilitates healing and hope while also acknowledging pain. Water features prominently in her figurative works; luminous reflections on lakes and oceans display a visual dance of light and feeling. She works on multiple layers, allowing the eyes to travel from darkness to light, from opacity to transparency. Her work appears in several private collections around the world and it has been featured several times in curated selections by prestigious online galleries. Cæsiliæ comes from her second name, Cecilia, which means blind, fortunate or secret in Latin. In addition, Saint Cecilia (230 AD) was the saint for poets and musicians. Each artwork is unique and signed at the front or at the back by the artist.
