ABOUT THE ARTWORK
It was a kind of meditation to draw all those pencil lines on the canvas. The time when new pictures and ideas arise in my imagination. Cartographical height curves inspired me in the beginning to the oval forms of the pencil lines. To paint a second layer with paintbrush and oil over it was a risky decision to make. But the artistic process was the most important to me!
