About The Artwork
This is a series of the local monkeys you can watch in the Dominical and Bahia Ballena area, here in Costa Rica. With my own impression of what would their characters be, what were they doing, in which location and how would they present to you, the spectator. They where a very fun project. In this case, the cappuccino, who acts like the boss of a pretty cool gang, I actually see these types of monkeys come in to the house, the day I started the painting, so it was amazing and shocking. The plants you see around are also part of the real environment (jungle) they live in Dominical.
