ABOUT THE ARTWORK
this piece was inspired by a trip to India and the trend for holiday snaps to be taken from the photographers eye view showing things like legs and feet. I used to have my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the quiet bustle of life in the coastal village of Palolem. I made many sketches from life when I was there and have always been interested in capturing the banana trees and bright colours of the tropics.
