Broadway Boulevard SoHo NYC. I chose predominantly shades of blue to capture this unforgiving city. I know, the statement is bold and harsh but, during my research, NYC extracted mixed emotions that left me feeling "Blue". Only the strongest will survive! Major depressive disorder is the single greatest source of disability in NYC. At any given time over half a million adult New Yorkers are estimated to have depression. Almost everything in New York City is about 30% harder than it should be yet, the city has a certain attraction or power which humans can't seem to resist. Unforgiving yet trendy, alive, and dare I say inviting. There is a soft glow visible from the streetlights and windows which is a promise of hope. Amber hues touches the horizon with light, truth and life.
