This is an expressionistic silk painting, sewn meticulously on canvas with acrylic rod in a canvas sleeve. Gold detailed drawing gives the silk a texture. It is partly monoprinted with acrylics and painted with the professional silk Dupont dyes. Will be shipped rolled up in a tube. Silk is 45" x 24", with the raw canvas (60" x 38") as a frame.

In 1998 Dana moved to Canmore in Canadian Rocky Mountains. Now she works in acrylics, mixed media, and textiles.
