Neighbourhood Painting

My art is all about exploration. I spend a lot of time in the studio playing with colors, compositions, and moods. I’m drawn to bold, dynamic compositions and find a lot of inspiration in human nature and abstract art. Each painting kind of takes on a life of its own as I work on it, evolving in ways I never fully expect. One of my favorite parts of the process is when things get a little chaotic. There’s always this phase where the painting feels messy or as it might not come together—but that’s usually when the magic happens. I use a lot of white to create depth and movement, and chaos often turns into something really beautiful. My work often starts from small, everyday things I notice, which then grow into stories about interesting characters. Change and time are big themes for me. I’m always pushing my paintings to go further and evolve, constantly exploring what’s next and getting out of my comfort zone to keep growing as an artist.
