Todd McCutcheon is a mixed media painter based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since 1998 his work has been shown both nationally and internationally, including The Gallery in Cork St, London, The Sarah Bain Gallery in Fullerton, CA and Gallery 924 in Indianapolis, IN. His works have been printed in Artnew and New American Paintings. His paintings are in the permanent collection of SCAD and in numerous private collections including that of actor Christopher Lloyd. In 2017 He received an Award for Artistic Achievement from the Tanne Foundation. His current series of paintings are heavily based in cartoon imagery mixed with geometric abstraction that act as portal onto a personal universe that is motivated by graffiti art, skateboard culture and the Avant-Garde Jazz Community that is very active in America and Europe.
