This painting is ready to hang, sides are 1.5 inch unpainted raw canvas. Painting is signed on right side and also on the back.

ONE IN THREE, refers to one in three bites of food is created by a pollinator. This painting is part of my recent series of work "Shrouded In Pearls", aiming to bring awareness to the fragmentation of ecosystems that pollinators across the globe are facing in a struggle for survival. The rapid decline of pollinator populations everywhere has become an imminent sign from nature, that we as humans must work together to save these keystone species, for the survival of all living things.

I explore space and form by intertwining gestural marks and drawings with thick paint layers and subtle transparencies. My compositions draw inspiration from the idea that everything in nature is connected to everything else.
