Objects of Thought Painting

Rosie Park, who grew up in Seoul and moved to beautiful New Zealand in her twenties as an immigrant, has spent many years there painting with inspiration from nature, art history, and everyday moments. She primarily paints still-life paintings that harmonise and balance natural and artificial objects. By depicting familiar items with detailed precision, Park explores diversity and harmony from various perspectives, expressing the innate individuality and beauty in all of us through the objects in her paintings. Park's work has been presented to international audiences through galleries, auction houses, and art fairs in central Seoul and major cities across South Korea. Several of her works have been collected by art lovers in countries including Korea, the United States, Belgium, Germany, and New Zealand. She travels and works internationally and is currently residing in Seoul.
