The painting shows two figures on their own paths, which have gone for a while in the same direction. However, it becomes clear that the paths separate and the figures now contest "Other Ways". Their surroundings seem fragmented and unclear. Only their paths are clearly and concisely discernible. At their individual pace, the figures stride along, each his own path. "Other Paths" is painted in acrylic on canvas and framed in white. --- Das Werk "Andere Wege" aus der Serie "Wege" beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema der Trennung oder des Neubeginns. Das Gemälde zeigt zwei Figuren auf ihren eigenen Pfaden, die eine Zeit lang in die gleiche Richtung gegangen sind. Doch wird deutlich, dass sich die Wege trennen und die Figuren nun "Andere Wege" bestreiten. Ihre Umgebung wirkt zersplittert und unübersichtlich. Nur deren Pfade sind klar und prägnant zu erkennen.
