ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Here I’ve attempted to portray the feeling of heat on a windless summer’s day on the beach at Tankerton near Whitstable where I live. It is very rare when the weather is so warm and when the tide is low there is hardly any water to be able swim so here people paddle and ponder the view. I’ve used pale colours to capture the humid and still feeling.
