Parisian park Painting

My garden is my true inspiration at this moment of spring. The blossoms shoot out with force and beauty at a time when life around us is in crisis. I seek solace and peace, then there is always hope and the confirmation that life goes on. Against the clear blur sky, the colourful backdrop of blossom as well as on the ground with a carpet of tulips looking like jewels in a chest, we are uplifted and the soul is enriched. My mission as an artist is to remind us of these magic moments in nature when we should take notice of the changes and cycles of the seasons. Enjoy. The technique is my signature of combining embroidery to my original watercolour on paper. The embroidery shows an impressionistic style through the use of silk and cotton embroidery, layered and textures to bring relief and reality to the scene. You will appreciate the three dimensional quality, especially when it is spotlighted. It is protected with archival varnish and treated against light. It is framed to measurement 80x 60cm and ready to hang.
