Mumbai. The city in which I was born. Where I spent most of my life, living. Where I live today. Or do I ? Do we? There are so many layers to all aspects of life in this city. Nothing is ever what it seems at face value. Do you think this is a negative perspective? To me, it's all about what I see. What I observe. I don't discuss it. I have been pulled in and thrown out of so many patterns, conversations and stories in and from this city, that I now try to, prefer to observe. Mumbai. Moh Maya. (Illusion). I began my professional life as a writer in television and advertising. But then I moved on to using my creativity to upcycle furniture as One Crafty Lady, which then grew into a responsible brand for hemp fabric products, designed by me.
