My latest painting explores themes of duality and inner conflict. The horns growing from the girl's head symbolize a hidden or suppressed aspect of her identity, possibly representing darker or more animalistic tendencies. It also delves into the idea of transformation and metamorphosis. The horns may signify a transformative experience or a growing sense of individuality and strength. The blood dripping from the horns symbolizes the challenges and sacrifices associated with this process of change and the white costume may contrast with the blood, suggesting an outward appearance of innocence or purity that is contradicted by the inner turmoil. The juxtaposition of the white costume against the blood suggests a contrast between purity and darker impulses.
