ABOUT THE ARTWORK

I was inspired by source images from archives depicting scenes of taxidermists or landscape painters working on making dioramas for natural history museums. The images were then processed by assembly and juxtaposed with current events or landscapes of my habitat. This series offers a reflection on the point of no return and the advent of a new world.
