This painting was release for my solo show "Muerte y Tradicion" in México City. As a french living in México I love to represent the mexican pop culture. It represent a "catrina", strong symbol of mexican culture for the "dia de muertos", as a Queen card game, it's the queen of "sampasuchil", typical orange flower used during those festives days. This artwork is part of a serie of "Dia de Muertos", you can see for example in my artworks his "fiancé" King Mariachi, an other card game on the same subject. 120 x 80 cm Mixed media on canvas 2017
