ABOUT THE ARTWORK
These big and white dunes near by the danish town of Skagen were a beloved playground in my childhood. With my brothers and friends, I enjoyed endless freedom when we came on holiday every year since 1966. Sea salt, sand and the sun on our skins were the impressions we took home after spectacular days at this bay. "Råbjerg mile” is one out of a few paintings ( collection: "Tannisbugten") that show 40 km fine white sand at the coastline from Hirtshals to Skagen.
