About The Artwork

This is an abstract representation of Keirkagaard's novel, Fear and Trembling. In this he references the absurd and absolute faith of Abraham ready to sacrifice his one and only son that he had waited for his whole life in the name of God. To me the story represents how sometimes one must sacrifice things that they love for the betterment of themselves or others. My one friend refers to the paintings as "Murder Sheep"
