ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This oil on paper work is inspired by our fascination with the iconic, wild, rebellious rock musicians of our popular culture. This work is quite layers with smooth paint mixing with thicker strands, and I wanted the composition to be quite loose and free to give the impression of movement. Also probably a result of my listening to loud music while painting!!
