ABOUT THE ARTWORK

I have always had the desire to paint pictures using memories from dreams. I did not succeed in recent years but in April of this year I started with new pictures, I dream in light colors but sometimes in shades of grey. These new pictures look like collages, the creation process is slow and goes gradually. I start with an abstract composition and you never know if the ending will look real or abstract Becoming and the cloud is a dream landscape. Lots of light and dark colors, the impression of depth and the spacious hints of yellow skies and the play of glass beads. Another landscape that is singing there has many blue shades like a jazz concert somewhere in a basement in Amsterdam. As always the creation process is not complete and changes are always possible.
