ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The “Sacred Images” series is about transformation, a path that is inevitable for all of us. As a grain of sand turns into a pearl, so a man can irreversibly turn into a ''god''. "Sacred Images", formerly Jab codes, are visual images created by information technology, generated as a result of the publications of the project implemented during 2013-23. In 2023 I made a decision to delete the project, creating an opportunity for the liberation and transformation of the geometric codes. Sacred images that were the result of automated identity technology in the past—documents or coordinates in time, space, and history—are now free images, unfettered and self-contained. Sacred images take a new path of identity formation.
