Zannah Noe is a contemporary mixed-media artist who draws inspiration from architecture and abstraction to depict the anatomy of place. Drawing from her extensive digital archive of road trips across America and her background in graphic design and photography, she explores the American vernacular and its iconography. Formally trained under renowned photographer Carrie Mae Weems at Hampshire College, Noe also studied multimedia design at San Francisco City College and refined her painting skills with master painter Doug Schneider in San Francisco.
