SCARE CANVAS | POP ART Original acrylic paint on Canvas | tobartobar@gmail.com www.popart.world 2018 The name of this work is "Scare canvas" because it is inspired by the main character of the movie Scare Face, Al Pacino and because the supporting material, the canvas, is torn not only in the exact place where the character has his face cut off but in some spaces in the background. The work tries to communicate a similar sensation of violence that is caused to the spectator when seeing the film.
