Hello, my name is Catherine and I'm an artist whose passion for art encompasses all facets of creativity.
I have over 15 years' experience in creating art. I graduated from art school (2009-2013) and hold a certificate in graphic design from the California Institute of the Arts (2024).
I create paintings at the intersection of personal emotion and cultural context.
My works are reflections on what it means to live today — caught between gloss and depth, brand culture and stillness, surface shimmer and a longing for something real.
I’m drawn to visual paradoxes: where the cult of wealth meets a quiet craving for authenticity.
Through irony, pop-culture references, brand imagery, and symbolism, I speak about things that are hard to express directly — the loss of depth, the chase for appearance, the anxiety of change.
And then — there’s nature. The sea, the clarity of color, light, and silence.
I often paint water and coastlines as a reminder that the real still exists — and is worth preserving.
My works are a visual journal where fashion logos coexist with fleeting skies, digital noise with organic calm.
