ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In this representation of nature in full mutation, I induce the perception at the same time of two opposite stages of the cycle of life, mixing deconstruction and reconstruction of a same form. The coloured elements seem to be animated by a will of their own, wanting to cross the boundaries of abstraction in order to invest the world of the represented. It is as if they were trying to come to life in tangible but not yet completely defined plant figures. I have customized this work by using pure colors, bright for the most part, giving the whole a more nervous and electric aspect than in previous paintings of the series, this to accentuate a certain tension. The emergence of two entities placed in the decor give a more stable aspect to the dynamics of the forms by containing each one within their respective perimeter. youtube.com/watch?v=SlsvzeamNF4
