About The Artwork
I use natural organic forms to suggest connection to the Land. Seeds offer a promise of hope, of renewal, of something common to all people. This collection can be read as an allegory for Climate Change; where Seeds of Hope are depicted as Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer. In Summer, hope is at its height and in Winter, hope can appear suspended. Winter is nevertheless a harbinger of Spring and a necessary part of a cycle of renewal. Summer shown here is when Nature is in its full glory.
