Seriousness programs the way our body feels through the connection with what our parents felt about their own bodies. If our parents were removed from the spirit of self-love, they unwittingly transferred their seriousness to the child. If child education always involves conditioning through conscious or unconscious control then it is a low frequency education. In my opinion, we must remember to be happy in the depth of our own body. Let`s not forget to play. In my opinion, when you do not focus on the present, but on the past or the future, you are creating your own blockages. Seriousness is defined by worrying. Having expectation or wanting life to be different than it is at present. Seriousness keeps you away from what life and love mean in the true sense of the word, and makes you reflect on control and separation issues. After that, it results that the formula of a simple and quiet life is to go through life easily without worrying too much. ,,Life will lead you where you want to go.” The human mind lives in the paradigm of time because we tend to live in the mind not at the present moment, as we should. This shadow contains the source of power of delight and ecstasy.

Andreea-Maria Stefanescu was born in 1994, Bucharest, Romania. She started to study and create art since she was very young in various art specialities from projective drawings, graphics, graphic design, engraving, sculpture, collage, drawing in charcoal, black and white ink drawings, book illustration to restoration, cromatology, easel painting techniques, computerized image processing, sketches, knife technique, gestural art, graffiti, stencil. She is continuing the family tradition in the arts and architecture domain, graduating Nicolae Tonitza High School of Fine Arts, Painting at National University of Arts Bucharest and ongoing she is graduating Master Studies in Painting and postgraduate course of Interior Design. For ten years she has dedicated herself to the Fine Arts, lately she works to express in painting human psychological shadow, through contemporary abstract works, provocative and in the same time sensible stimulating art and beauty lovers with visual loads what are meant to fill a void of soul. Her latest project "Power of the shadow" help her to discover and know herself better and together with the viewer and the works to walk on a spiritual and contemplative path. Integrating figurative and gestural abstraction elements her intention and focus is to invite and contribute to self knowledge and self empowering process of the viewer, her works and revelations are the of her own reflection in which she recognizes herself.
