Seven Sisters Seven Dimensions Painting

Seven Sisters in Greco-Roman mythology (The Pleiad) were seven daughters of Atlas and Pleione. In Astromancy they are a cluster of stars in the night shy. In England they refer to a series of chalk cliffs by the English Channel. They are often used to represent a feministic point of view. They have been painted throughout art history by many great painters. I didn't want to define any particular point of view but allow the viewer to discover their own meaning. “It can be said that Shelton has invented a new manner of capturing the essence of the human figure that, in hindsight, seems to share ideology with some elements of Cubism and Surrealism, but to be more precise British Surrealism.
