ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I visited this historic shore temple more than three decades ago, which is famous for its architectural style of the Pallava dynasty, which ruled this part of India since the 6th century AD. This temple has a unique architecture in the pyramid shape and is well proportioned. I had a desire to paint this beautiful view for a very long time. Viewers of this painting experience the beauty of this heritage architectural masterpiece visually, as well as aesthetically due to its lighting angle resulting in pleasing contrast, composition, and color. This is a watercolor artwork using world-class materials, such as, German make Hahnemuhle brand rough 300 gsm paper and painted using German make Schmincke Horadam professional quality paints.

Born in 1953 at Bombay now called Mumbai, India. Artist, Photographer and Designer. Deeply involved in creative arts since childhood.
