Silent Warning continues my ongoing exploration of silence, this time shifting it from calm to unease. The lighthouse stands isolated against a deep blue expanse, its red light cutting through the night like a restrained alarm. The sea and sky appear still at first glance, yet the heavy textures and...

My artistic practice is shaped by a dual background in technology and painting. I work professionally in IT infrastructure, where clarity, structure, and consistency are essential. Painting has become my counterbalance to that world — a space of silence, focus, and inner alignment, which I also explore thematically in my work. Years spent working with complex systems taught me how to recognize patterns within apparent chaos and how to bring order where none seems visible at first. This way of thinking naturally transferred into my painting process. I work through layers, reduction, and decision-making, building visual structures that emerge gradually through restraint and correction. I am particularly drawn to silence as an emotional state — not emptiness, but a charged moment of pause, tension, or resolution. I find this silence in the act of painting itself. The process allows me to slow down, observe, and remain present until a work reaches its natural closure. Because of this, I tend to work in coherent series rather than isolated pieces. Each series follows a clear internal logic and is developed consistently until the idea feels complete. Acrylic paint supports this approach through its immediacy, layering potential, and structural clarity. I see my practice as an evolving dialogue between intuition and structure, emotion and discipline. Each painting is both a record of process and a moment of stillness within it.
