ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Today is a rest day, a day for family & connection. A day for good things to happen, even if that is nothing. In fact no big events sounds especially good. With that said, today I am sharing my favorite recent painting and a few details it holds. This piece is part of a series I am developing based on relationships, relationships I value & some I would like to cultivate. At the start of each of these pieces I am holding a place for a specific person. Like a connection with a human, there is a connection with the painting. We share a discussion that grows into a partnership. My goal is to be the kind of partner that nurtures growth & encourages independence. My priority is to appreciate the painting for what it is and to lend the right amount of interaction and input for it to become it's strongest self. Confidence grows this way.
