ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The inspiration for this work was to be a reminder to smile when we are not able to. The work of art was created while listening to Pharrell William's, "Happy" in a way to illustrated what the song meant to me while experiencing synesthesia. I hope that the viewer feel good and a try their best to smile. I chose the subject matter because it demonstrates what kind of artist I am. My process is includes music, meditation and synesthesia which allows me to be an emotional artist that I want to share with whomever this work resonate with.
