About The Artwork
Somalia Woman is a part of my Women of Silence Collection. It combines my passion to silence, meditation and beauty of the nature. This painting was inspired by a quote: „There are so many different worlds, there are so many different suns” from a song Brothers in Arms by Dire Straits. Painted on 300 grams watercolour paper, with many semi-transparent layers of coloured inks allowed me to achieve unique colour pallets.
