Sonrisa de jinetera (Ginette smile) Mixed technique: oil and acrylics. This painting belongs to the "Cuban" painting collection with part of numerous people and characters that the artist Luis Burgos has encountered during his travels around the world. The expressive force of the colourful portraits does not leave the viewer indifferent. His subjects were Bacchic, circus, magicians, harlequins, bullfighters, painters and children, represented either in scenes or portraits of various sizes. The human figure is present in all his compositions, questioning us with his direct gaze, which, together with his personal sense of colour, makes them unmistakable.
