I enjoy studying the intricacies of the way light plays on a subject, where it bounces directly, where it reflects, and work to freely express those discoveries. I believe that art is an expression of one's soul. The idea that something I created called to another person is incredible. Thinking about having pieces of my work, my life, my very essence, out and about around the world, makes me giddy. My favorite quote of all time is Leonardo da Vinci's "Learn how to SEE. Realize that everything is connected to everything else." It's this connection that I'm forever contemplating and exploring.
