Inspired by the Indian mythical tree Kalpataru and documentaries such as the BBC's 'What plants talk about' I took up my brushes, spatulas and spray paint. With special attention to the roots of the tree, an essential part of any tree and a great metaphor for a healthy, grounded life. The roots of the tree are partially red and a red stream can be seen flowing up into the tree. The painting is a follow up by the smaller size Spring Blossom I.

Netherlands
In my work I like to explore different styles, different techniques. I take up my brushes and spray cans after I find inspiration to create. And then I watch how things develop on the canvas. Most of my work is created in the city I live in, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. At almost any time there is new work in development, so keep checking for any updates.
