About The Artwork
We left the mall, right in front of the tower of the Baku railway station. The evening sun flooded the top of the tower. The shadow from the pier covered most of the station building. It was cold. A long line of pedestrians stretched across the square. Above this stream of people, immersed in shadow, all in the rays of the setting sun, rose a tower. Like a lighthouse, it seemed to indicate a safe place for everyone who passed by.
