Steady In My Peace Painting

My name is Damion, I have been exploring the notion of painting for roughly 20 years. It all started with a love of comics, graffiti, and anime which has over time mixed with the lessons I have learned as I have grown. Over the years I have spent a lot of time applying paint to canvas in an attempt to create something that holds the attention of the viewers. My inspirations nowadays come from anything and everything. It could be a flower I see, it could be the way someone is standing or sitting, a book im reading (if you haven't read the Red Rising book series, please do), it can be something that someone said to me, it could be a horrible drunk night. I enjoy taking inspirations and trying to wrap my style of painting around it. Falling in love with the process and seeing where the journey takes me.
