My art exists at the fascinating intersection of analog tradition and digital modernity.
I combine the tactile depth of classical painting in oil and acrylic and the atmospheric power of fine art photography with precise digital constructions. By overlaying organic pigments with geometric grids and vector layers, I deconstruct and recontextualize both landscapes and the human form. It is a continuous dialogue between the unpredictable flow of life and the calculated order of technology—a visual translation of our modern, hybrid reality.

Meine Kunst existiert in der spannenden Schnittmenge von analoger Tradition und digitaler Moderne. Ich verbinde die haptische Tiefe der klassischen Malerei in Öl und Acryl sowie die atmosphärische Kraft der Fotokunst mit präzisen, digitalen Konstruktionen. Indem ich organische Pigmente mit geometrischen Rastern und Vektorebenen überlagere, dekonstruiere und hinterfrage ich Landschaften und die menschliche Figur. Es ist ein ständiger Dialog zwischen dem unvorhersehbaren Fluss des Lebens und der berechneten Ordnung der Technologie – eine visuelle Übersetzung unserer modernen, hybrid geprägten Realität.

I am an German-based Artist for contemporary painting and drawing.

I am born in Stralsund, in the north of Germany. The colors, the air and the light of the north, the water in its different forms have always fascinated me.
After graduation I studied mathematics and art at the University of Erfurt. It is very interesting for me to connect both areas. After graduation I worked as a teacher of art at high schools, as a lecturer at a college of design, as a designer and illustrator.
it is not easy to say what my particular passion is. I love painting and free drawing as much as the possibilities of digital artistic work on the computer. I am fascinated by the geometrically constructive and playful work in the 3D area as well as the possibilities of image processing and animations in 2D / 3D.

In painting I am particularly interested in structures and surfaces. Structures and textures of landscapes, rocks, stones, water, trees, plants, etc. They are transient and constantly changing. Everything is on the move. In my representational painting, i try to clarify the moment of authenticity and from the individuality of characters and situations. Then, every detail is important to me, which makes the character of the sitter experienced.

My passion for photography originated with the possibilities of digital photography.
