About The Artwork
The deer emerged late in the day to feast on blackberries on Keats Island. I painted about six small paintings on wood panels several years ago out there, just me and the deer and I have now gone back to the painting to add more from my memory of seeing them in the woods and of them seeing me. The wooden panel is painted on the sides and has a hook for hanging and is ready to hang.
