ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This summer I was chased by the sun. I painted in my back yard every moment I could and for all of my summer vacation. In the morning I painted close to the house and in the evening I would haul everything into the shade. Working like this gave me so much freedom – both to make a mess and to explore and grow in the process. This is the 4th in a series of fresh air inspired paintings.
