Sunken Land 3 Painting

I am a Visual Artist and a Theater Actor from Egypt. I Graduated from The Academy of Fine arts Sculpture department, Alexandria University 2012. I had participated in different art events and exhibitions in Egypt and worldwide, my art collections are owned by individuals and companies in Egypt, UAE and USA. In addition, I worked as an organizer In "Arts in the Classroom" project co-funded by the European Union and Bibliotheca Alexandrina and visual arts Curator in Bibliotheca Alexandrina. in my paintings, I usually tends not to use literal interpretation for the the idea I am inspired by, I want to force neither the viewer nor myself into a specific direction. I let himself get exposed to a variety of resources of that concept, but when it comes to executing it, I try to get my mind loosen and be driven by the power of the colors and compositions. I want anyone looking at my paintings, to live his own experience, to try to feel it and to see it from his unique point of view. Not to try to understand it or give it a particular meaning or a specific realistic object that it might represents. My style of paintings has evolved many times and has passed through a large number of subjects and concepts , but it has always been related to something in nature, formations, objects, buildings and all the surroundings. I can strongly say that the main inspiration for me is the whole Universe. In all my paintings ,I try to express my existence and entity by conveying what is engraved from the childhood in my sentiment, my mind and my emotional memory. It might be a realistic landscape or in the shape of forms, colors and compositions. But, in all cases my main goal is to make the viewer feel something.
