I was born on January 27, 1978 in Liepaja - city on the seven winds on the Baltic sea. I've been drawing since childhood, visited various art studios in my native city. I always dreamed of painting, but entered and graduated from the Riga Technical University with a bachelor's degree in economics, later I defended master's degree in marketing at the University of Latvia. A key turn in creative destiny occurred in 2010, when I started to study in the studio of classical drawing by Lyudmila Vasilievna Peretz and in the studio of classical painting by Alexander Borisovich Pakhomov. These wonderful artists and talented teachers opened for me a clear path to the profession, laid the foundations of artistic craftsmanship, taught to understand and feel the magical world of true classical realistic art. In 2014 I entered the Latvian Academy of Arts for the painting department, where I learn new forms and methods of work, new techniques, new opportunities, try to find other ways of expressing myself. Now every day I realize my childhood dream - to live in art! With great desire and pleasure, I try to learn and try new creative methods for me. I admire the beauty around me, whether it's nature or the most ordinary things, and I try to transfer my emotions to the canvas, embodying it in new landscapes and figurative compositions. And of course, I am charmed by people - their faces, movements, poses, so I write with pleasure portraits and figurative compositions. Now I understand that many characters and stories for many years lived in my head, and now one by one they gradually appear on my canvas. For me, this is pretty amazing, because suddenly I start to see your thoughts and years of experiences as if from the side. At present, for me the most important thing is to listen to myself, to look for my own handwriting and not to lose myself in the surrounding noise.
