The whole "Childhood Story" serie was painted this summer 2020 in my home village, where I spent my quarantine time. Its kind of nostalgia and gratitude for my young ages i spent there. Im sure, we all travel back to our infancies from time to time. Right? Serie has 9 paintings. Each one is a little beautiful story about a village girl, who Im. "The starry sky like this" is about summer august nights in my village. Have you ever seen wide open night sky with a million stars on it? I have. Me and my family, we used to go to the field those days, to watch the falling stars, make wishes and just lay on a grass and count them: one, two, three....Ill never forget it! So I tried to transfer those moments to the canvas. Painting has some kind of childish strokes, they are bright and innocent, just like I became a little girl again. This is 140/100 cm painting, can be sent on panel by request. Important: I don't know why but pictures do not shoe the colors correctly. I tried to download them couple of times. Ill hope to fix it tomorrow. The colors are like in a photoshoot picture. Thank you for understanding!
