Taste of August Painting

Young Ukrainian artist. Born in 1984, Dresden, Germany. Began her career as the artist in 2012. Techniques: oil, watercolor, acryl, gouache, pencil. In May 2019 participated in the Venice 58th Biennale as part of the main program from Ukraine (the project “The Shadow of dream cast upon Giardini della biennale”) and the parallel program (WOMAN ART in Palazzo Zenobio). October 2018 participation in the Biennale MANIFESTA 12. Palermo, Italy Took part in an exhibition within the framework of the parallel program of the Venice 57th Biennale in August 2017. Julie’s artworks made in a variety of techniques and genres. They have different manners of execution, the storyline, the palette of colors, but they all share the emotion of love, with which they were made. According to the artist, a hallmark of her work has a sense-like character where sensations and images form the basis of the work, as well as the material with which she works. Therefore the main target of creativity influence is not so much mind as feeling, human emotions. Art is an intuitive, unconscious character that distinguishes it the highest degree of freedom, giving free rein to the imagination game. Love - this is the concept of the artist's works. Love is the meaning of life. All that we see around us - is the result of love. Julie's works are in private collections in Ukraine, France, Italy, Russia, USA, Egypt, Spain and Poland.
